CartBeat a vibrant marketing campaign I orchestrated and produced to promote multiple musical events. The project's aim was to create a captivating promo reel that not only drove ticket sales but also showcased the incredible local talent. My role encompassed conceiving the concept, scripting, hosting, and collaborating with the social media and production teams to ensure a cohesive strategy. Thanks to these combined efforts, we achieved remarkable success, with 8 out of 12 concerts for the year selling out to enthusiastic audiences.

I spearheaded a dynamic marketing campaign, serving as the host, to introduce the vibrant community of tenants and offices within a sizable tech building to the local community. Our goal was to humanize the remarkable individuals within the building and produce a compelling reel to draw in new tenants. This collaborative effort with the production and social media teams resulted in the real estate company welcoming 2-5 new tenants each month.

Geek Night Promo

Geek Night, a monthly event held at Bitwise Industries' main building, was a captivating marketing endeavor. I designed this series of events to foster partnerships with local organizations to craft unique themes and broaden our community network. These evenings brimmed with exciting activities, building tours, and enriching classes. They also served as successful membership drives and fundraisers, adding vibrancy to the community.

"The Bitwise Download" was an engaging virtual event on Zoom, aiming to introduce the community of Bakersfield, CA, to the exciting expansion of Bitwise Industries into their city. Our goal was to showcase every facet of the business, foster interaction through participant queries, and forge connections with local politicians and organizations. This bi-monthly marketing campaign unfolded over six months, bringing our vision to life and fostering meaningful connections.

Bitwise|41 Grand Opening

The grand opening of Bitwise|41 was a jubilant celebration dedicated to honoring and uplifting the remarkable tenants, past and present, who had contributed to the vibrant Bitwise Industries community. Our dedicated team conceived and executed seven immersive art installations, each showcasing the unique essence of these tenants. These included a delightful Donut Room, where branding companies, much like Donuticians, infuse each donut with their distinct flair, a captivating Bubble Room paying homage to the non-profits bubbling up change, and an enchanting Reading Rainbow Room, complete with a 60ft vinyl rainbow sticker on the floor, three large rainbow aches, and clouds, celebrating educational tenants fostering advanced learning in our community. The evening welcomed over 3,000 attendees, treating them to two lively beer gardens, delectable food trucks, three talented DJs, a silent indoor disco, and, of course, a whimsical Ferris wheel.

No Place Like Home Virtual Culture Fest

This virtual festival, hosted in 2020 and 2021, emerged as a beacon of hope in the face of COVID's challenges and lack of human connections. With three dynamic "stages" featuring speakers, DJs, and live musical acts, it united communities in a time when connection was most needed. In 2020, Zee Will headlined with a special appearance by Lisa Loeb, while 2021 brought the charismatic Enrique Chi of Making Movies to the main stage. This event, held on Zoom, sold out both years, engaging 300 enthusiastic attendees. Our dedicated team collaborated with local craft vendors, food trucks, breweries, and bars, curating delightful to-go meals, beverages, and artisan crafts. We also fostered strong cross-functional partnerships within our internal marketing teams.
